Apple says its wired keyboard lets you play a lot of music, browse the web and watch videos using only your fingers.
But it’s also a way to connect a keyboard to your TV and connect a Mac or iPhone to your Mac or Apple TV.
It’s a move Apple CEO Tim Cook says will change how we interact with our gadgets.
“The world is changing, and we’re the world’s biggest audience,” Cook said in an interview with CNNMoney in January.
“Now we need to have an experience that’s a little bit more like what you used to do when you were a kid.
It has to be the same way that you used a TV to watch movies and TV shows when you had your dad, or a TV as you were playing a game.”
Cook said Apple’s goal is to be a “premium wireless solution” that makes it easy to connect and control your devices.
But Apple is also trying to make it a much more personal experience.
“If you are going to be connecting to your Apple TV, you are connected to your friends and your family,” Cook told CNNMoney.
Apple’s new wireless keyboard is just one part of a multi-pronged plan to make the living room experience more personal. “
So you don’t want to be distracted by all the other stuff.”

Apple has announced it’s introducing a new Apple TV remote, which has the ability to play music from multiple sources and change channel and volume.
Apple is expanding its Siri voice assistant, which can ask questions, play games and even read messages.
Cook said the new Apple remote will also be the first product in a line of new accessories.
Cook told AppleInsider the Apple TV will be “the first place where you’ll be able to turn on your Siri.”
The Apple TV is available for preorder now for $149.99.
Apple’s wired wireless keyboard will be available for $59.99 at its retail stores beginning July 20.
The keyboard is made by Apple and can connect to any Apple TV or Mac, Mac mini, iPad or iPhone.
